This project brings together people who are interested in self-development, exploring new paths in life, and perhaps discovering new mental and physical limits. It is a blend of volunteer-based and commercial activities, with a base camp on Arnøya in northern Norway.
An old and nearly forgotten school will provide a roof over our heads, and warmth whenever it's needed.
AAC stands for Arnøya Activity Center, and BIO signals something related to living organisms - something alive, something meant to grow and develop over time.
Our most important priorities are, in descending order: NATURE, local people, and ourselves.
If you want to join the project in any way, please contact us and share your ideas. It can be anything from physical work at the school (a kind of work and travel arrangement) to seminars, workshops, meditation sessions, and more.
We are limited only by our own imagination.
